Standard Orders

All standard orders are shipped within 5-7 Business days of you placing the order using DHL , Auspost or USPS  depending on your location and fastest available service.

Preorders: 

All of our preordered products will have a lead time of around 3 weeks. You will be contacted by the team at H2GROW providing you will updates regarding your order and its construction. 

*Please note all orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays, especially during times of COVID-19 and Freight Delays that are occurring globally.
